Cancelled my reservation because my airplane got cancelled, but will not likely refund me. Very poor consumer service.The employees without having exception had been super pleasant and valuable, pickup was easy and efficient and fall-off was even better. The charges ended up also much better than all the competition for our 5 working day trip.Sydne
